Customer realizes this is an annual contract unless A La Carte services are purchased. Also, that it takes years to build a good lawn, not one or two services.

This agreement is for services described under Your Lawn’s Program. Payments are due within 30 days of billing date. All services performed prior to cancellation will be billed at the A La Carte service rate, plus additional seed and/or lime (4,000 sq. ft. minimum). In the event of collection procedures, the customer will be liable for all collection and/or attorney fees with interest. A 1.5% monthly interest charge will apply to all past due accounts. Non-payment will cause interruption of services and entire amount will be due.

The favorable development of a healthy and attractive lawn requires a great deal of time and work. COMPLETE LAWN CARE, INC. and its customers can achieve their goals by working in a partnership. Favorable results rely on a commitment from our customers to follow recommendations relating to mowing, watering, thatch management/aeration*, and leaf removal.

COMPLETE LAWN CARE, INC. will make every reasonable effort to maintain or improve the visual appearance and general health of the lawn under its care up to a point only limited by site conditions, environmental stress, existing unimproved turfgrass varieties, and site management practices.

OUR GUARANTEE: Notwithstanding anything stated above, should a problem or decline in lawn quality occur while under our care, we will do everything that is reasonable to correct the problem to the customer’s satisfaction at no extra charge providing your account is up to date.

COMPLETE LAWN CARE, INC. will make periodic scheduled treatments to the customer’s property. We will reapply any treatment, in whole or in part, at no additional cost to the customer, if a reasonable response does not occur. We reserve the right to not reapply a specific compound if it would be judged that by doing so may cause damage.

COMPLETE LAWN CARE, INC. service treatments will be made periodically throughout the year at intervals of 4 to 8 weeks depending on the weather.

IF A LAWN PROBLEM DEVELOPS: As it is impractical for us to inspect every lawn every day, we must rely on our customer to keep an eye on the property, and CALL US immediately if a sudden decline in quality occurs. We will take it from there.
